HNW Solutions Singapore

hnwsolution.com.sg is the English-language solutions site in the Xiaopoxian knowledge network's HNW and private banking cluster. It is written for international families — Asian business owners, expatriate executives, families with US or UK connections — and for the lawyers, accountants, private bankers, trustees and family-office professionals who work with them.

The site is organised into six areas — Insurance, Family Office, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Trust & Succession, and Residency & Tax — and each area page follows the same template: what it is, who regulates it, what it solves and does not solve, typical structures, key risks, the professionals required and five due-diligence questions. This site provides two tools in English: due-diligence checklists for each area, and a professional-collaboration model showing who leads, who advises and who executes at each stage, and how to check each party's licence or registration (Chinese versions are on hnwsolution.sg).

What this site does not do: it is not a bank, insurer, trust company, law firm, accounting firm, corporate service provider or financial adviser, and it does not recommend products or institutions, promise returns, financing approval, immigration outcomes or tax results. Figures carry a unit, a currency, a date and a source; the sources page lists the documents relied on and labels secondary sources.

Division of labour within the network: hnwsolution.sg carries the same six areas in Chinese depth; hnw.sg covers why Singapore, HNW definitions and the allocation framework; hnwi.sg covers pass applications, the landing timeline and opening accounts after arrival; ppli.com.sg covers private placement life insurance; iul.sg, vul.com.sg and wholelife.com.sg cover individual policy types and premium financing; vul.hk covers Hong Kong policies and premium-financing supervision. The Chinese pages on this site are summaries of the English pages, not a second site.
